When I Started: Nov, 2006
How I Started: i just decided one day to stop drinking and smoking and start lifting. i went out bought a bowflex some free weights and a Bench.
Why I Love It: Not real sure why i like to do it? its another way for me to let out stress and stuff from work.
How I Stay Motivated: It was hard at first then i started to see results, well little results,Also my girlfriend helps me stay motivated.
BB Accomplishments: None so far.

If anyone could give me a good place to find some workouts that would really help. I'm having trouble putting together a workout that works. I've tried to put together a few of my own. There is one on my bodyspace. if anyone could look at that and maybe give me some pointers or what i should...

Thanks for the add man. In terms of finding workouts i would go buy a FLEX magazine and a Muscular Development mag. They both are full of quality workouts.
