How I Started:
i was 130 pounds. i wanted to get bigger. I'm 190 pounds now.
Why I Love It:
More than anything its an addiction. I love a good workout. i love the rush. the only thing i can compare that too is doing 100+ mph on the freeway zig-zag out of traffic knowing one hit and you may be dead.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's an addiction. If I do not workout I mentally beat myself up. I have to workout or it eats at me.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting in better shape and feeling better about myself.
Placing tenth once and fifth once in the twentyandhot contest.
Winning the bench press contest at New home fitness

This is me jan of 07. I've got more cut here. I'm probably about 165lbs and I know I was weaker. I still think it's a good picture.
me now at almost 200lbs. not quite as cut but bigger and stronger. close to achieving the goals i want in size and strength. after that i cut it up

Goal (Long):
Get my bench to from 295 to 350 by the end of the year. i have trouble in this area.
Get my squat from 420 to 500 by the end of the year.
Get my deadlift from 395 to 500 by the end of the year.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 22 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
13%
Upcoming Contest:
To compete by the end of the year or begining of next year
I jst recently started using Matrix 5.O. It has egg, whey and casein. Its extremely convient to have protein from all three sources in one scoop.
Which type do you think is best and why?
whey protein because it is the one that fits most situations best.

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I tore my left shoulder muscle showing off during a clean and press. Later In tore the ligaments in my left shoulder from being slammed into the ground. I stressed my knee by slightly losing my blance during a 300lb free weight squat. I've busted my nose two times boxing and one time messing around on a trampoline.
