I used to be a 135lb weakling. I used to drink, smoke and party heavy. i had addiction issues, I was big trouble maker on a very bad path. I wanted off of that path. I wanted a better life. I wanted to get in better shape. Working out has been a big part of helping me achieve these goals. Over the years i have spent a great deal of time researching, learning and training hard. I started off doing nothing but crunches and curls but over the years have learned what best benefits my body and how to do it. I always try to keep learning and stay hungry for more.
Why I Love It:
Its an addiciton. It helps my everyday life. It has helped me better understand the place of goal setting and planning in and out of the gym. It is ny greatest hobby and my stress relief. I do this for the love of it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep setting the bar a little higher every year. I keep moving forward so idont get bored. the thought of getting fat and lazy is a major motivator too. I dont want to see myself that way.
BB Accomplishments:
I placed in the money in a couple localn contests. Nothing big.
I came back from a serious shoulder injury. After the injury it was excrucitaing to do push ups. Now i have a strong bench, etc so that makes me happy. It was a pain getting here though.
The biggest accomplishemnt is knowing that i am protecting my health and potentially giving mylsef a better future. that means the world to me.

TO keep pushing forward and making gains. To give it the best i have every day. To get my dead from 515 to 600, squat from 455 to 550 and my bench to 405 all while staying around the same bodyweight and maintain 10% bodyfat.
I jst recently started using Matrix 5.O. It has egg, whey and casein. Its extremely convient to have protein from all three sources in one scoop.
Which type do you think is best and why?
whey protein because it is the one that fits most situations best.

I tore my left shoulder muscle showing off during a clean and press. Later In tore the ligaments in my left shoulder from being slammed into the ground. I stressed my knee by slightly losing my blance during a 300lb free weight squat. I've busted my nose two times boxing and one time messing around on a trampoline.
