My Workout Program
Monday : Juggernaut traing method - Bench press. Cardio.
Tuesday : MMA training with a major focus on boxing, Muay Thai and BJJ.
Wednsday : Juggernaut Training method - Back press. Cardio.
Thursdays : MMA training with a major focus on boxing, Muay Thai and BJJ.
Friday : Juggernaut training method - Deadlift and squat. Cardio.
Saturday: Rest and relaxation.
Sunday :Rest and relaxation.
I stretch after every workout for 5-20 minutes and before my Muay Thai workouts. I do a five minute walk and/or run before each weight training workout.
