Background

When I Started: Dec 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I've always been pretty active and on and off with exercising but recently with a new philosophy on life I strive to do all I can to make things happen more in every aspect of my life.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love to work out its so draining yet fulfilling, I love to see other people in the gym working hard, that feedback inspires me to work even harder, the power to transform my body is a powerful truth. Breathing heavily and getting my heart rate up, its just a simple primal feeling being lost in the moment of something you love.
