How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
this changes constantly to keep my body guessing
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
30-60 seconds. I like to go as heavy as i can in as fast as I can to keep the heart rate up. this also changes to keep my body from getting to comfortable
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I like my body just fine.
