How I Started: It's fun to be stronger than other people. You get more respect.
Why I Love It: I love the feeling of pushing to the limit and breaking past records. I also love seeing the progress I am making, as my friends watch in awe.
How I Stay Motivated: My friends ask me how to become stronger, yet they just stand around the gym like it is a social gathering. I strive not to be like that; I must get stronger.

Goal (Long): I would like to be totally ripped, and very lean, at about 190 pounds, with 5-8% BF. I want above 16" arms, and well developed pecs, shoulders and back.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 20 lb

thanks, that squat was actually for 2 reps sometime last spring, I havent bothered to max out since. and good luck with getting up there with ur goals.

well i just go heavy!but not hurting myself!thats so important. I go by this..."WHEN YOUR ON YOUR LAST REP, DO TWO MORE"i just never quite. even in the biggist peopl ein the world had to be your size one tim eor another and that swhat makes me want to get bigger
