I would recommend you change up your diet get a multi-vitamin(animal pak). If really want to get a fat burner you can I would say hydroxycut hardcore. I lost about 30 pounds with it. Start doing a lot of cardio and weights to lose bodyfat. Just let me know if you need anything else.
