thats pretty funny man. i have a tractor size/weight chart somewhere, i just call ahead and ask if they have any worn ones in the size i'm looking for... I also grab any donut spares when i'm at the junk yard and build bumpers out of them. If i cant build it it aint worth havin.

one of these weekends i'll go out to the tractor salvage yard and pick up the next size up. Right now its more for anearobic cross training on my clean/rack pull days so the weight is perfect for a lighter faster movement

i write my own workouts (each week i post it in my workout section). Usually i write an 8 week program that focuses on a specific lift, this cycle just happens to be deadlifts, so there are alot of pulling exercises. I'll also spike my workouts with wave training intervals because it kicks my explosive power into overdrive... just stuff i've figured out after all these years. Do what your body reacts best too, theres no simpler training mentality then that.

i was injured for about 6 months while training one year for track, so i didnt get a chance to recover til after my season was over and it took about 4 months... nice move on the tractor tire, beat that thing to death every day if you like, i usually finish up my upper body workout days with 100 reps each side

i do alot of cross conditioning for my lifts. tractor tire flips, truck pushes and pulls, sprints, and sledge hammer drills. Its all just strongman training.
