For tris and shoulders, I usually do some form of a military press, usually between 6-8 reps for five sets. Then I do lateral raises, front raises, and seated rear lateral raises. I do my triceps work right after shoulders, usually with just two-three exercises from three to four sets each. I try my best not to overwork them, since they had seemed to lag behind.
