Try a slow, clean bulk. Eat 200-500 calories over maintenance, hit the weights hard, still incorporate some cardio, and you'll be fine. Remember, it takes a long time to get fat...you've already cut down enough, and your body is primed for muscle gain. Eat right, lift heavy...you'll do fine.
