I have made some progress but it is slow. I have been consistent with my workouts, and my diet is getting better. Most days of the week I eat a plant based diet. Soon I will cut the fat out of my diet completely. There were some days this week were that happened. Last night the munchies got...

Thanks, Bro. I get measured at my gym with calipers. They also have an electronic hand held device which is actually pretty accurate. I'm going to post progress pics this week. Its kool we have the same goals.
