I worked out the whole time I was Deployed to Iraq, and came home on 11 May at 243 lbs. I stepped on the scale on 12 October and weighed in at nearly 265. That motivated me to get my ass back in the gym, and to take accountability for what I eat, and how much I sit around. I was making fun of the people on the biggest loser all the while I was very close to becoming one of them.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it relieves stress, and it's my key to transforming back into the stud that I was in High School and college. and not being the pathetic lob of fat that i have become
How I Stay Motivated:
work out logs and food logs along with the mirror, and progress pics and the scale
BB Accomplishments:
366 out of 650 goal on squats,
175 out of 315 goal on shoulder press,
505 out of 750 goal on deadlift,
30 out of 200 on Pushups,

Thank you for the add. I hope you can drop me a line occasionally for encouragement and any ideas you have. I would like to be able to ask you for pointers and/or ideas to progress. If that is OK with you? I hope to be an encouragement to you also. Thanks again and stay strong.
