I have gained a decent amount of muscle every year but when I cut in the summer I lost a bit cause I have to cut so much fat. I want to cut very little next summer and still maintain most of the muscle I gained since during the summer I do the lifting competitions and such.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Not warming up properly, junk form, lack of stretching and muscle care outside the gym, muscle imbalances.
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Can't really give that to one exercise because there are quite a few if done wrong that can screw you up.
What bicep workout has worked best for you?
The lack thereof... I get most of my growth by barely training my bi's. I let all the heavy rowing and pullups and chins do the work.

Its been almost a year since I updated this badboy. Well, things have gone well since then. Bodyfat hasn't changed too much but strength has def gone up. Deadlifts are up more than 515 now and squats are going well too. Working on 500 for those. Bench needs to go up though. I'm trying a double...

Yeah, you answered me on the 29th and I commented right back. I had lost your page from the blog comment is what I meant. I could have used a little more grip strength on upright rows and shrugs today. Do you just grab DB's? The grip on the Farmer's Walk seems bigger, no?

I lost your page so I wasn't sure if you answered me in your blog or not so I looked it up through the data base- very interesting- I guess that's mostly for grip strength in the forearm...??? I guess it would work the trap too and a little leg. thanks for getting back to me though :)
