When I Started: Mar, 2006
How I Started: I started working out in high school because I was on the football team and we had to weight train and do cardio every day. I loved it.
Why I Love It: I love working out because it makes me feel better about myself. And I am going to lovbe bodybuilding because I am going to look better than ever.
How I Stay Motivated: There are many icons in the fitness industry that I keep tabs on and that is what keeps me motivated. People that are just as human as I am and look they way they do and have accomplished what they have.

Im currently lifting to tone my muscle, and lower my bodyfat. I keep my rep range around 10-12, while Im limiting my rest between sets around one minute.
