How I Started:
I started this year (2006) in August on an actual workout routine. I have now perfected my routine, so the date I actually "started" my bodybuilding was sometime in November! I have made some real progress though!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling, the pump! Just pushing up the weight. It really gets me going!
How I Stay Motivated:
Simply put, I want to have a great body!
BB Accomplishments:
-Going from a 115 pound weakling, to 145 pounds in 3 months, without steroids, or illegal substances. -Became a certified personal trainer at 14 -Gained 2 inches onto my arms in 1 month
