When I Started:
Dec, 1988
How I Started:
Just started training with mates after school. I was 15 years old.
Why I Love It:
The way it makes you feel. It's an art form for me. You can change the shape of your body!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Don't need to. I just am. Love it to death and I've trained at least 6 days per week for almost 18 years without steriods. For me it's not about getting bigger it's about fitness, and feeling and looking great. I like my body at 72 kilograms just as much as I do at my heaviest of just under 90Kg. Never made 200lb but I'm not that far off it now (and it's LEEEAANNN..well at least I get it lean for a few days each week) Proportions now are just as good as pic,, only more muscle. Big fan of Flex. Watching some old clips of his has inspired me to take my body up to 200lbs (and maybe beyond 200 if it looks ok)
BB Accomplishments:
Laying off the weights for 12 months after my injures became too much...and letting my body weight drop(still exercising daily/walking&some swimming...just laying off the heavy weights). then gaining over 18 kgs of solid muscle in one year (el''natural as always). Don't get the wrong idea, I have nothing against guys who use, thankyou for taking the risks you take. You guys also inspire natural builders like me.

Win the Austalian Natural Bodybuilding Masters title (over 40's). I'm 34, so I have another 7 years of training. For me, this is what natural bodybuilding is all about. A lifetime of health, fitness, and well being.
Goal (Long):
I think I'll need to be under 5% and over 200lbs cuz I'm reasonably tall (6.2).
P.S I'm around 198lbs now (my biggest ever). My back and legs have improved from the rear lat spread pick taken last year (see my pics).
...P.S.S Weight really doesn't mean much on stage IMO. It's all about the illusion. I've put 5% as my bodyfat goal but it's pretty much that most of the year round. It moves from 4-7 depending on my phase of training/eating.
