I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED LIFTING. I GOT WAY OVER WEIGHT, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE WAS A FACTOR, AND DECIDED I WANTED TO GET BACK IN SHAPE FOR MYSELF(TO PROVE I COULD), AND FOR MY FAMILY(TO MAKE SURE I WAS AROUND A LONG TIME AND HEALTHY).
Why I Love It:
MAKES YOU FEEL UNSTOPPABLE!
How I Stay Motivated:
I THINK OF WHO I AM, AND WHO I WANT TO BECOME. THAT AND GREAT FRIENDS!
I WANT TO LOSE BODY FAT, BUILD LEAN MUSCLE, AND STAY IN GOOD SHAPE. I NEVER WANT TO FALL BACK INTO THE HABITS OF EATING BAD, NO EXERCISE, AND FEELING LIKE CRAP.
