I started lifting after I had a back surgeury, and have been lifting on and off ever since. Now, within the past year it has been my addiction and career. I am taking it more serious than ever now and will only improve from here on out.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it is the one thing that I can do day in and day out that makes me feel good about my self. There is not one time I leave a gym and feel like crap.
How I Stay Motivated:
Becuase I am never satisfied with my body, and there is huge room for improvement.
BB Accomplishments:
hitting that 315 on bench.

I want to be as lean as anyone else that i could see walking the street. I am never satisfied with myself, and there is a good reason for that. I'm faaaaar from perfect right now. I want to bulk as much as possible and get to 200 lbs. lean muscle. I want to be cut to 6% body fat as well by june of 2008.
Thanks for the advice. I usually do those exercises, but with a bum forearm, I skipped my forearm work today. I'll definetely consider putting ice/heat on it. Thanks.
Wishing you the best with your training, Natan! In my experience, I turn into a raging a$$hole around 6% bodyfat. It's not a fluke, every time I get really lean, people avoid me. Let me know how you react when you get those low numbers. al
hey! the training is going alright, i'm slacking on the cardio a bit-- lots of school work right now-- just having some trouble sticking to the diet, but i'll get it in time! how are you doing?
