How I Started:
Well, in high school I played every sport and weight lifted with the guys. But, you know, I got older and more lazy. I still walked a lot and tried to stay in shape, but then I had a baby!
So, I started shaping up in 08 for my sister's wedding, and it became an addiction.
Why I Love It:
It's a rush. Others are so motivated by my obsession, I've gotten co-workers to start eating better, and join my Pilates classes.

By reading all the awesome transformations and spaces on bb.com!

Ok, I've had enough of myself. I am basically back to the same weight I was in Feb when I did the Body for Life challenge, but at least I haven't gained too much fat back. I was out of control all summer with my eating, even though I was still working out quite a bit. I'm getting back...
hey Natalie :) Yep still training, have done hardly any weight training but been running a lot and cycling a bit too, need to get back into the weights this week! Hows everything gong with you?
Hey chic! Thank you so much for the kind words. Eating clean is the hardest part by far, but set your mind to it and don't let anything stand in the way of you reaching your goals! Life will definitely throw you curve balls, just gotta dodge em and keep pushing forward. You're gonna do great! We'll all be here to support you in any and every way we can!

Hey there! Good on you for getting to week 11! My weight is heading back down again, stoked about that :) Im back at the nutritionist in a couple of weeks for another BF reading. Just been out for a mountain bike ride so that was cool, heading out again tomorrow too. Need to get back to the gym tho! Trip was good, pleased to be back home though :) Hows things with you?
hey Natalie! Great progress for 8 weeks :) I have been away over seas for the last few weeks, back now though and back into it. Stayed pretty much the same while I was away so pleased with that :) Hows things going for you?
