While I was living in Reno, my friend Richard asked me to do a show with him for fun... Been hooked ever since!
Why I Love It:
It's pretty much the only thing I've found that I have both a love and a talent for... It is the one thing that I give complete commitment to. I will never let it go.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my flaws in everyone elses peaks. I see someone with better calves than me; it's straight to the presser. If the guy next to me is squatting more than me, I'll keep my ass at that rack until I've moved up. You get the idea...
BB Accomplishments:
The fact that bodybuilding isn't just some fase I went through. Once I started it I knew I would never look back at my old life; I'm not some preppy frat boy lookin to "tone-up" before the next night of beerpong, I am a bodybuilder.

This is the day; this is the day I start over. For too long I've made excuse, after excuse. "I've got too much school!" "I'm too tired after work." I'm ending the excuses today. I look back on a year ago when I never let an excuse even enter into my head. That was a great year!
These are only the "Before" pics. I set my goal to be at a very solid 210-212lbs, in three months time, yesterday. I plan to update every month. *this shot i was still pumped so defenition is minimal*
The way I see it; I was given this body for a reason. Some people don't wish to take care of it, some like to push theirs to its absolute limit and then some. My overall goal is to improve myself to my absolute full potential... and then a little extra ;)
One week out baby... The cuts are in, the veins are popping out, the diet sucks and the muscles are solid. Woo hoo! Starting Monday (9/10) I'm cutting sodium and 1/2 the carbs. Not excited about it! I love my carbs but it'll be alright, this diet will be over pretty soon and then its back to...
Nate man, how's my fav buddy south of the border doing? Training hard here as well this past summer. Saw you're doing lots of hiking and stuff, sounds great. Keep intouch on msn sometime!
Haha You Should Post some of them, I'm sure your lookin incredible man. I've been doin a ton of long distance running so I've cut some weight, and my legs are lookin alot better, but I could definitely use some more weight training, I just never seem to have any time to devote to a good workout.
Thanks, ya I will, I am going to post some progress pics every Sunday, so keep checkin back. This is my first week of training and actually dieting. And my body hurts so so bad. Any tips for a starter like me?

lol- The battle is going great!! I blew up the chest yesterday and its sore to the touch today.. not that i touch my chest and stuff... but you know what i mean;)
