I competed in a show when I was 17... always did sports... This just kept me going once highschool was over.
Why I Love It:
It's pretty much the only thing I've found that I have both a love and a talent for... It is the one thing that I give complete commitment to. I will never let it go.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my flaws in everyone elses peaks. I see someone with better calves than me; it's straight to the presser. If the guy next to me is squatting more than me, I'll keep my ass at that rack until I've moved up. You get the idea...
BB Accomplishments:
The fact that bodybuilding isn't just some phase I went through. Once I started it I knew I would never look back at my old life; I'm not some preppy frat boy lookin to "tone-up" before the next night of beerpong, this my way of life.

This is the day; this is the day I start over. For too long I've made excuse, after excuse. "I've got too much school!" "I'm too tired after work." I'm ending the excuses today. I look back on a year ago when I never let an excuse even enter into my head. That was a great year!

The way I see it; I was given this body for a reason. Some people don't wish to take care of it, some like to push theirs to its absolute limit and then some. My overall goal is to improve myself to my absolute full potential... and then a little extra ;)
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Start very slow and very light. So that when you DO make a mistake, its not one that will take you out of the game all together.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
didn't think about the "whole package" was only concerned with things like arms and quads... didn't realize that neglecting the rest of your body actually made you look really silly lol!
One week out baby... The cuts are in, the veins are popping out, the diet sucks and the muscles are solid. Woo hoo! Starting Monday (9/10) I'm cutting sodium and 1/2 the carbs. Not excited about it! I love my carbs but it'll be alright, this diet will be over pretty soon and then its back to...
