Chanced upon BB.com while doing research on fat loss. After a week of research on BB.com, I went on my bodybuilding journey. NO TURNING BACK!
Why I Love It:
It keeps my spirits up and I tend to be more cheerful when around my family and friends when I'm healthy. It also allows me to make new friends when hitting the gym. After the workout that is. During workouts, this beast will not stop for chatter!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep on checking the Transformation page on BB.com and tell myself that I will be on it sooner that I think.

I was just checking out how my traps look when flexed. Just started lifting and working out two weeks ago
I want to attain an Olympia-quality body. AND learn how to fight!
Goal (Long):
I really want to be able to wear sleeveless tees when going out and get stares from people. I wish to have people complimenting me for having a ripped body.
That's too bad. I must admit it's funny when older students ask you for you phone no.:) It happened to me today. Probably they just want better marks :)
Thanks a lot bro.
Yeah, people have said that about my abs.. That and they look like bricks laid down together, lol. They show even when my bodyfat is a lot higher.
Keep lifting hard man!
well when i started way back at 14, i was pretty skinny. at 5'6" i weighed about 130 lbs. i think my arms were like 13" or something. now my left is 17.25" and my right is an even 17".
hey thanks. i don't notice that much more of a pump honestly. but it does make my skin kinda itch and tingle soon after i drink it. i have noticed some strength increases but i'm not sure if it's the HP. but since it's not too expensive so i'll stay with it a little longer.
