What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Seated Dumbells Curls 4 sets with 10-12 reps followed by Burbell Curls 4 sets ith 8-10 reps.

thanks again for the advice. I actually went out and joined a better gym today after you advice that will let me better facilitate my new workout schedule. I hope to be able to show result in the next month or two.

Killer physique! I like what you wrote about training being equivalent to eating and sleeping. It's something I'm still trying to get myself to do automatically. I don't want to think about it or have to decide to do it - I just want to do it! Your dedication over many years has paid huge dividends. Nice bench press video btw. Are the photos taken in Soho Gym?
