Working out gives me great satisfaction and pleasure and I simply feel alive by being tight and strong!
How I Stay Motivated:
I regard training as sleeping or eating, therefore that is something that has to be done on a daily basis. My motivation simply comes from constant need to feel good, be strong and look great.

I have won 17 havy weight titles competing around the world.

Shopping for food is not an easy task for people who want to eat healthy. Confusing information being delivered from all around the fitness media didn' t definetely help in solving that major issue; how to eat healthy. Fitness entusiasts have found difficult to choose the right fitness...
thanks again for the advice. I actually went out and joined a better gym today after you advice that will let me better facilitate my new workout schedule. I hope to be able to show result in the next month or two.
Killer physique! I like what you wrote about training being equivalent to eating and sleeping. It's something I'm still trying to get myself to do automatically. I don't want to think about it or have to decide to do it - I just want to do it! Your dedication over many years has paid huge dividends. Nice bench press video btw.
