I do have a problem with realistic. But I really want to go on this vacation and don't want to be sore and tired and hurt the whole time. I may be pushing it now, but I will back off closer to the vacation.

I have been doing horrible. I have not even been on this site since November. I just got back on and am doing Bill Phillips Transformation Challenge. I will be on here regularly and will need everyone's support. I am basically starting over. :(

It is coming along slowly. I have not lost much weight but I am improving daily. My cardio is faster/stronger and my wieght training is kicking my butt. How are you doing?

Welcome to Body Space. Thanks for your service to our country. So what do you bench now? 350 seems like a lot. I am going to have to go to the gym and see how much I can bench. Should be kind of funny.

Yeah! I have a friend that just got back from Iraq. We took him out Sunday night. It is so good to have him home. thanks for all that you are doing for us!

Luckily, they don't do anything like that for broken toes. It didn't hurt too much when I did the bike. Tomorrow I am going to do the elliptical. There should be no pain on the elliptical. Then Sunday I am going to carefully hit the treadmill. Wish me luck on that one.

Broken toe=No workouts. Not doing bad on maintaining the weight loss. I am glad I did not gain it back. I brought my workout clothes to work. I plan on HIIT at lunch. Using the bike instead of the treadmill though. I will update the stats this weekend. :)

I will try and have a nice vacation. I just hope I don't feel guilty every time I have a drink. Your legs are bulking up nicely. Keep at it. :)
