Background
I got started several years ago when I joined the Navy. A friend got me started. My weight was a skinny 150 lbs and I barely had a 90 lbs bench press. Of course life and priorities changed and I got away from it for a long time. Then one day I looked in the mirror and decided to make some life changes. I have been active again now for about 5 years. I am glad to be back working hard and making progress everyday.
Self satisfaction and knowing that I have the discipline to maintain a healthy body and mind.
