I want to loose body fat and gain muscle and get lean and tight.
Goal (Long):
I never had a weight problem till I hit the big 3 0. Since then I have randomly lost and gained weight. At my heaviest I was 135 lbs. Im tired of setteling with just loosing a few pounds. Im ready to be dedicated and loose body fat, gain some muscle and get lean and tight. My goal is to have a tight tummy by June 2010. Six pack here I come!!!!
Its been about 5 weeks since I started a diet (high protein, low fat, low carb) I workout 4 days a week, cardio 4 times a week for 30 minutes. I take protein shakes, Excellen CLA , and Waximaze pre-work out.
Any suggestions on a better diet and supplements to loose bodyfat??? HELP!!!

I just took new pics today you can see some definition showing but I still have belly fat...bleh. Working my butt off on cardio but classes start Monday so I need to figure out how this is going to work with working in the morning and classes at night.
2,000 a week is awesome. How's your calorie intake? If you haven't calculated your BMR you may need to. If you're looking to lose body fat, aka weight, take 500 calories off your diet per day.
I try to do cardio everyday. The key to looking lean is to do HIIT or high intensity cardio. I did a walk/run over 7.45 miles in 112 min today. I'm sore but still going to do strength training tonight then protein shake. I push myself to the limit as much as possible because that's when you get the best results.
You're looking great, keep it up!! Did yoga today since it is an off day but tomorrow is a HIIT session, 5.31 miles and hoping to beat my time of 78 mins from yesterday...hopefully weather permitting.
It looks like I should be asking you for tips! I think it comes down to willpower. I think eating every 3 hours helps me out. Plus a cheat every now and again helps keep you sane. I've been rotating low carb and high carb days through out the week which seem to help too.
