Goal (Long):
Ive always love football and other sports as a kid. Basbball and basketball are great but i am passionate about football. Ive always been kinda chubby growing up and couldnt play football in my age group cuz i was to big. one summer i was sick of being called fat and i dieted all summer and started getting into exersize about age 12. i finnanly got a chance to play and loved it.I was always stuck at the line tho because i was still chibby and not fast. then my sophmore year came up and i wanted to get faster stronger and more athletic to moce to tight end or defensive end. I leaned up and was doin great ...untill i got sick and lost alot of weight. i was about 6' 130 lbs and later was hospitalized! through eating alot of good foods and lifting i was 145 6 months later and got to play fooyball for the school. the coach said i worked really hard and surprised him but i was not big enough to compete at varsity so i was stuck at JV. So once that season was overi hit the gym! ive been bulking up in hopes of reachin my dream of playing varsity and hoping to play some colledge
I see some of myself in him. Especialy the photos of him at about 16-17 he was just as small as me. Now hes crazy big at only 19. I somtimes look at the bigger dudes in the gym and think man im never gunna be that big, but Brad is living proof. He also gives me helpful advise and isnt afraid to tell me somthing im doing is wrong or just complete bull ****.
He always gives good feedback to my questions. He's about my age to i can trust that his supplement reveiws or training tips are good for me. O yeah and hes pretty damn shredded. made of iron like Rocky in the fourth one haha
I havnt been feeling particularly motivated lately... and my motivation is my key to success. I decided to make some fitness goals and do my best to reach them wich i will succseed!

wow, just made the chicken following your instructions. that was delicious. im making that for my parents when i go home for thanksgiving. thanks a ton dude
yo nanners, got any good recipes for easy sauces for chicken? i made chicken parmesan the other day, that was easy enough. my chicken is coming out kinda dry in the oven.
warm up with less.... start your sets, and if say you can do 100lbs 20 times, then only do like 10 -- then if 135lb you do 12 times... only do it 6 then go for your heavy ****. dont take everything till failure go chill, chill, chill.... ALL OUT
It took a few months to finish the cert and my training. I charged 64 an hour and 35 for a half hour. It was very rewarding and it's a real good side job
a chef, thats sick dude. im cooking alot lately so when i start getting tired of my chicken parmesan and lemon-apple chicken recipes youll be the first person i hit up. take it easy, lift hard!
yeah man .. for barbell i do a warm-up with 225 for like 20+ then go to 315 for 20+ then to 405 for about 12+ then to 500 for 6+ then back to 405, and back to 315. over to dumbells 130's for 15+ then just work down, and ill do like 110's and when im tired dro[p and go to 80's for more reps, then drop and go to 60's for more reps
