How I Started:
I was tired of being 150lb and short. It didn't look cute.
Why I Love It:
I like looking great and feeling energized.
I DO NOT want to be a female body builder... I just want to be in great shape for skimboarding and my husband.
How I Stay Motivated:
Think of the beach and my bikini!

I skimboard all summer... and so i like to be in shape.
In 2006 I met my husband and was 150lbs.
I lost 20 lbs before I moved in with him in Hawaii about 2 1/2 months later.
He proposed in 2007 and I worked my tail off and reached 112lbs and looked amazing at my wedding on 06-07-08... but a lot of stressful family things have been going on and I've lost site of my fitness so i'm back up to 116lbs. My goal is to be AT LEAST 109 lbs by skimboarding season which is the second week of April...
Any tips of products to try or workouts to do would be greatly appreciated.
So I finally decided to get serious about working out (AGAIN) and thought I'd blog about it to see my progress and to keep myself motivated. Since the honeymoon I've been conscious of what I ate but pretty much stopped working out all together.
