Hey Jason, good to hear from ya. How's everything going with you? I've taken a hiatus from my workouts. I broke my ankle in October and I wont be able to walk on it until Feb. So in Feb it'll be back to the grind! Good luck on reaching your goal.

I think I'm doing good. I moved to Yuma and I don't have a membership, so I'm just running a mile about 4 times a week. I'm assuming I'm burning anywhere from 400 - 600 calories on that alone. Doing some regular work-outs like pushups, dips, lunges and things like that at the park after my run. So I hope to weigh myself on Monday and see how it's going. But I definitely feel it working. Keep up the good work man! Sounds like you're doing good.

Keep it going man, the hard part is getting started. the Easy part is losing the weight. It's so much fun to see the results.
