Hey man, hows your routines going? I did 50 Minutes on the Eliptical for 9/13 and burned a whapping 800 calories. It was great! I'm pretty much sticking to complexed carbs. Trying to keep my caloric intake lower then my basal energy expenditure. Forces the body to burn stored fat. Good luck man!
