How I Started:
My buddy started dragging me along to the gym. After he quit going 2 months later, I didn't.
Why I Love It:
It give me more confidence and energy. Plus this is the first time I've set a hard challenge for myself and actually feel I can complete this.
How I Stay Motivated:
Not sure how. I feel muscles now. I see them in the mirror but only when I'm pushing or pulling some weight. Soon that'll change.

So for the last 2 months I've been titor totoring on this 240 lbs mark.  I could not break through. I'd get down to 240lbs but then all of a sudden I'd go up to 243 and even 246 lbs.  So last week I changed my eating habbits again, changed my work outs and last Friday I finally passed the 240...

Hey congrats on running so much, sounds like your doing great man! I'm doing pretty good. I got done reading "YOU ON A DIET". It has some pretty good facts in it. Hey man, hows your routines going? I did 50 Minutes on the Eliptical for 9/13 and burned a whapping 800 calories. It was great! I'm pretty much sticking to complexed carbs. Trying to keep my caloric intake lower then my basal energy expenditure. Forces the body to burn stored fat. Good luck man!
