How I Started:
I tried sticking with different routines after high school and work always got in the way. I wasn't focussed. When I relocated to Little Rock in 2007 I realized enough is enough and got serious about my goal to make body building my lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
I love how I feel when lifting. I love how I feel after lifting. It's great to be able to control your physique. I love having the energy and strenght to suceed in life. I enjoy the friendship of others on the same journey.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I made my mind up that this was a lifestyle and not just a passing routine it was easier not to be legalistic about lifting and really enjoy every aspect of it. I also read about other sucessful athletes this makes it seem possible for me.
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining about 50lbs. Weight gain has always been a problem. I was approx. 150 when I moved to Little Rock I am about 200 now.
Thanx man. my diet is very clean. ultimately i aim for atleast 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight and 3000-3300 cals a day. i have fish atleast 3 times a week and red meat one or two. yes i have stayed cut but i have gained a little extra fat due to the reduced amount of cardio. but i expect to lose this once my bulking phase is over.
