Overall Goal:  Here it is... I am making the choice so many of you have... I am putting myself out there looking for the accountability needed to do this shit. It's not going to be pretty and you may want to avoid the "before" photos, but enough of the flab. Goal

Fit Status:  Still going! HEYAUGH!

Motivation Level: 10/10

When I Started:
Jan, 2009
How I Started:
I met a guy who had been lifting since he was very young. He taught me a lot and with his training and encouragement attained the best shape of my life (in time for my wedding). Unfortunately, he moved and over the years I lost my drive... Several cold starts but as I mentioned, completely flabbed out. Now I have been introduced to this site, met a guy who has done an amazing job in his own life and con'd him into helping me out ;). (Drekkor)
Why I Love It:
The burn. The power. The cumming continuously!!! (arnold reference)
How I Stay Motivated:
Accountablility of friends and familiy. Without others, I become the flab master. As wrong as that is, it is the truth...

Ah, you're talking about the workout-tracker? Yeah, that's a new feature to me... I felt the forum was best at the time I started tracking - let me look at it tho.

Stopped tracking it on here because it always turned them into 1 rep max calculations/tracking for lifts done.
