How I Started:
i was around 12 when my brother motivate me to exercising...i been always working out by my self, just running, lifting weights and taking some self defense classes but the thing is that i have really bat eating habits...and i never stick to a work out routine i might do it 2 weeks and stop doing it for 1 day, 2 days a week 1 and so on. and that is the main reason why i never like how my body look. when i go t pregnant i started to exercising a lot so that when my baby was born i drop most of the weight... now i drop it all but i still have a really jelly belly and cellulite... i don't like my physique, a dont like my belly hanging over my pants.. i want a change...
Why I Love It:
it make me feel better about my self, it motivates me when i look my self in the mirror when i see the little difference that just one day of exercising can make.
How I Stay Motivated:
looking my self in the mirror, fitness magazines, looking all the profiles on body space and when people make a good comment about my body
BB Accomplishments:
loosing all my baby weight and some extra more pound...being told for the first time in my life skinny... becoming an aerobics instructor... being proud of myself

this was taken last year before I started my workout but I gained more weight at holidays... I was 137lbs
i want to look better,i would like to be good example ( a good role model) for my little baby , show her how to take care of her body health and mind...and when i get 40 to look better that in my 20"s.
Goal (Long):
im going to do my best to hit the gym at least 3 times a week, follow by a good nutrition, my goal is to change my body composition make grow my lower body by lifting weight that only let me do 8-10 reps per set, follow by low impact cardio. And to look slimmer from the top im going to make more reps of each exercise 12-15 reps per set and next higth impact cardio,so that at the end of the work I'll look more curvy and muscular.Im not sure if this is going to work but i dont know wat im doing, i dont know if the way i planned is goin to be the best but the good thni is that im just starting in this , and i dont want to have an end so i have roon to make mistakes thats the only way we learn dont we?
for around 3 months i been killing my legs n butt at the gym to get them bigger, but it seems that insted of getting more im losing it...waht im doing wrong,,, now i have to give aerobics clases hreee times a week n may be 4 i dont think thins is going to help much more to get my legs n...
hola chica!!! claro yo hago bastantes Lunges y squats, trato de hacer bastante peso y super concentrado, dos veces por semana miercoles y sabado, espero esto te ayude!
tengo como 7 anos de entrenar! los primeros anos lo hacia 2 veces por semana y hacia cardio solo dos veces, siempre dejando un dia de descanso despues de piernas! asi te crecen!
ahora solo hago una vez por semana asi solo las mantengo, no quiero crecer mas! eso si asegurate que comas proteina apenas llegues a la casa !espero que esto te ayude chica! buena suerte!
I did Body for Life for my first 3 challenges and started incorporating carb cycling the last part of my 3rd 12 week challenge and currently that is what i follow. I do the "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" program by Tom Venuto. Its great! If you are pretty comfortable working out and familiar, you should try the 5x5 weight program.
I have always been chubby and have been yo yo dieting for awhile now. I was once 118lbs when i was 17, but i lost the weight the wrong way. I was very sick and anemic. I gained all the weight back and some. I am in the best shape of my life right now! I could do without the mommy marks though :D
Hi, take the space out of that link and it should pull up fine. Do you take any energy pills that suppress appetite? Make sure you are eating every 2-3 hours and that you are eating enough (protein and a carb). Let me know what you think about the link :)
