How I Started:
My cousin was way into it, introduced me to supplements, have been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
Helps for depression, lifts mood, helps for motivation at work, fun to compare with siblings and relatives and before and after pics.
How I Stay Motivated:

Hey there, long time no chat. Looks like you're pretty close to 155. No matter how hard I try I can never get myself down past 205 it seems. Looks like you and I are fighting battles in different directions. You could always try a weight gainer protein supplement, has like 800 calories a serving or something like that.
I mostly do just basic **** such as crunches, flutter kicks, v-ups. Occasionally I'll grab a 35 pound plate and pump out some declined sit ups. I do pretty high reps such as 100 4-count flutter kicks, 100+ situps etc but I really just keep going till it hurts real bad.

Thanks. Basically I just change it up a lot. 5x8-10 reps. Right now I'm doing BB curls, hammer curls, and concentration curls. I superset them with my back workout and flex hard between each set.
