When I Started:
Sep, 2007
How I Started:
I realized that I'm skinny and physically weak. I envied those who were stronger than me. I wanted to go higher - so I decided to work-out.
Why I Love It:
I feel a sense of achievement while I'm doing it. I feel like I'm getting closer to my goal - to play better football, become physically stronger, and have a AWESOME body!!
How I Stay Motivated:
We may only live once in this life. So I want to excel in what I love - football. To play football at the top level, I NEED a physically strong body, core and dynamic power. Think about this twice a day at least - of playing every single day with my lovely teammates on the grassy green pitch!
BB Accomplishments:
SPRINT. Said my friend Aussie Andrew. He said it because it feels better to be able to sprint and be agile than to be bulk. He envies me being skinny and he doesn't want me to go to the route he went into - bulk turning into fat. And he wants me to be light as feather and fast as lighting. And I'll add dynamics and the agility of Messi.
I swear to my life that in 6 weeks after I finish my 100push-up program, I'm gonna look like a million bucks! I'll prove it, I swear I'm gonna be uploading my new pic in 6wks and its gonna be crazy!!

Goal (Long):
I started playing soccer when I was 13 and ever since I have loved it so much that it not only became a hobby but a passion. Now my focus is to start off building a good core, excellent strength in the lower body for a low centre of gravity and of course the upper body to complement for an overall excellent body. My long-term goal is to build a good strength base and then do lots of SAQ (speed agility and quickness) training to convert the strength into power. Thereafter, I will keep on going to the gym and eat healthily to achieve the perfect body for the perfect soccer player.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 18 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%

Air Alert (legs)
Side Plank
8 minute Abs (Abs)
Man remember those days, shins feeling like they're gonna burst out of the front of your legs. Are you taking any kind of protein powder or weight gainer now? I would take the Optimum Whey and a glutamine supplement instead of the amino. Totally up to you though.
Thanks man! Yeah my back seems to come along a lot faster than my front. If your gonna be lifting for soccer I would do all single leg exercises besides squatting. Leg curls, calf raises, and hams will gain a lot more strength if you do them on one leg at a time. With all the cardio your doing I would def recommend eating A LOT (5-6k calories a day).
