How I Stay Motivated:
the mirror is my biggest motivation... that and when I look down out of my truck window into a car next to me and see some REALLY overweight person eating a Big Mac.
Fern has gone above and beyond what is expected as a fitness inspiration and a person. She has always been willing to help everyone and does it with true heart. Not only does she inspire me to be better in fitness but in all aspects of life.
Not that I want to Jinx things but I have not felt this in the game in a LONG time! Diet... perfect.. lifting.. perfect.. cardio.. 1 missed in a week...
