well this i me 2 weeks after joining the gym .im 195 lbs. discusting. i cant believe i let myself go

ok...this is me after losing 25 lbs ,weighting in about 175lbs..........i cant believe when i was taking this picture ,i was thinking i was almost at my goal weight.. it amazes me because when i started this journey,i didnt plan to weight as low as i do now. it shows how fast my perspective changes

this week i decreased my cardio by 5 hours /week and had i huge cheat meal but still managed to lose 2lbs :)

i missed a workout and been off my clean diet since Tuesday...very disapointed.had 2 insane cheat days.my belly is out again...too bad...i wont give up but it sure is aggravating

calves...ive been really bad the last two months. i would eat bad for a week and clean for a day. im trying to get back on track to get to my goals. but this picture doesnt show progress but show i didnt gain any. so im going to accept that as progress

ugh!! gut is sticking out! still a bit bloated ,due to excess salt and poor dieting. thighs still needs improvements ,need to tighten up
