How I Started:
one morning at work i found myself with an enormous amount of energy.i was almost running in place.so,i called a friend and asked her if she wanted to go to the gym just for today,just to burn off the energy.but you know how sales people are,i was sucked into a membership i had no intention to join th gym ,let alone lose weight. it was may 5th 2008 my starting weight was 200 lbs and at a size 14/15
Why I Love It:
i do love working out.i get such an adrenaline rush that's addicting.lifting weight or climbing the stairmaster is like owning the world,my confidence skyrockets
How I Stay Motivated:
i love my results and plenty of friends at the gym.

its all mentally i guess
i just tell myself that i have to do it and plan out what i aam going to do and i wont leave till i do it.
oh and i always drink a cup of green tea before my workout...

sometimes im so disappointed in myself,all i want to do is scream ahhhhhhhhh

and let someone know too, my way of venting.

it sucks when you know what you want,visulize what you want and know how to get it but stupid mistakes and lack of control stops you.
