How I Started:
one morning at work i found myself with an enormous amount of energy.i was almost running in place.so,i called a friend and asked her if she wanted to go to the gym just for today,just to burn off the energy.but you know how sales people are,i was sucked into a membership
i had no intention to join th gym ,let alone lose weight.
it was may 5th 2008
my starting weight was 200 lbs and at a size 14/15
Why I Love It:
i do love working out.i get such an adrenaline rush that's addicting.lifting weight or climbing the stairmaster is like
owning the world,my confidence skyrockets
How I Stay Motivated:
i love my results and plenty of friends at the gym.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
its all mentally i guess
i just tell myself that i have to do it and plan out what i aam going to do and i wont leave till i do it.
oh and i always drink a cup of green tea before my workout...
