What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
its all mentally i guess
i just tell myself that i have to do it and plan out what i aam going to do and i wont leave till i do it.
oh and i always drink a cup of green tea before my workout...
yesterday when i was at the gym. an older man approach me and told me that he was watching me doing my routine and says he he can tell that im very knowledgeable of weight lifting. he told me he can tell i have lifted before and is very experienced in weight lifting.
Keep the chin up. You're doing this for yourself. YOUR health. YOUR fitness. YOUR sense of self. Another tip, that took me a LONG TIME to figure out: Get plenty of sleep. At 46, I pay for it big time trying to w/o hard with insufficient sleep.
Nadia, don't beat yourself up too much about binging. I've had a struggle this week myself & blogged about it the other day. I try to remember that this is a life style & lifetime commitment to health & fitness. Not just a 1-time diet to get lean. One thing I do is really kill it the next day in the gym.
