Boyfriend started training me. saw the results and kept at it.
Why I Love It:
makes me feel good about myself. its nice to bench more then some of the skinny guys there too.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have trouble staying motivated. This is where I could use some help. I get so wrapped up with homework, and school I run out of time.

arms were 8.72 when I started working out, and about three months into working out they were 9.25.

Would like to get down to about 16-17% BF, I would like to bench my body weight of 130, define the booty so it only jiggle a little, and drop a size in my dress pants. (love handles have to go!)
