Always get motivated by seeing my favorite actors like Tom Cruise, Christopher Reeves, Hugh Jackman or other anyother well toned hunk plus listening to motivational music...

Although, had a very bad day yesterday, with too many laws of Murphy applying to me :D ....plus back ache due to improper Barbell Shrugs ....but today feeling a great achievement by lifting 400lbs on Calf Press and 360lbs on Leg press....so the signature is "Striving for the best"
