BB Accomplishments:
Lifted 320lbs on Leg Press, 400lbs on Calf Press and 120 BB Shrugs
Although, had a very bad day yesterday, with too many laws of Murphy applying to me :D ....plus back ache due to improper Barbell Shrugs ....but today feeling a great achievement by lifting 400lbs on Calf Press and 360lbs on Leg press....so the signature is "Striving for the best"
Hi mate, yeah life's not too bad trying to find a job lol, been abit lazy last few weeks in the gym needed some time off..started going back gym yesterday.
