How I Started: In the fall of 2003, I started lifting on a daily basis. With time, my routine improved, so did my diet, knowledge and most important, my Body.

How I Stay Motivated: I think of all the poor people in the world who have less than I. It's really depressing, but it also makes me appreciate all that I do have.

Main Goal: Live Healthier
Goal (Short): I want to bang Lucy Pinder. My girlfriend says it's ok with her. That and be at 10% bf by Valentines day.
Goal (Long): Well, my main goal is to stay healthy. I want to do everything in my power to suffer less at old age. I want to be able to go for walks at age 70. I want to run after the grandchildren and so on. There is so much I could do. My father was a fit man. Diseases didn't respect that. He lost his battle to cancer in October of 2006. That motivates me even more. Love ya dad.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%
