Hey bro if you have time then you should try to just hit the gym five days a week. do like two to three body parts a day. also workout your legs the day before you work out whatever part you want biggest. when you do weights with your legs it releases a growth hormone and also more testosterone for like 30 hours or something. youve got really good definition ~daniel~

You seem to have a good program going. I just put on twenty pounds of muscle in the last two months. If you want it work hard and dont fall for that crap you read in magazines. If you want some stuff that works next best to steroids are AST sports science supplements. You will gain 20lbs of muscle while your training parter gains 4lbs. Its science man. Get some DHEA and some protein and lift your brains out. Thats what Im doing and its working great.
