Hey man eat like a horse. I gained 20 pounds in 1 year with no supplements. looks like your body burns cals good just eat any thing and every thing every 2 to 3 hours 6 times a day. keep it up dont give it up.

Hey bud, do you ever find you get clicks and cracks e.g. in ankles, wrists and shoulders etc, in and out of the gym? I get them quite a bit (not painful though). I'm just asking as you are about the same age as me and the osteopath said it can happen if you grow suddenly, or have a growth spurt. Thanks in advance.
