Want to rid of the BF and weight and retain my strength while getting stronger and get fit for Acen 09.

Training is going strong and adding some decent muscle. I am aiming for a higher bf% (9-11%)in an effort to add serious mass. End Dec09/Jan10 I wish to be at 88kg without exceeding aimed bf% levels (if God's will).

dropping the pounds very fast, it's a little scary. hoping to get a full 6 pack by christmas. any tips are welcome on how to bring out the lower abs!
