Wanting to improve my physique and fitness. Tired of being the "skinny" guy. Want to improve nutrition and fitness. Although athletic, want to be more muscular and toned. Looking for those "six pack abs"! Wanting people to notice me when I return from Iraq!

Stay motivated by listening to music and just thinking about how much people will react when they see me back stateside. Especially my girlfriend!

Want that body that people can say "wow, he takes care of himself and damn he looks good"! I want that confidence around people that I look and feel good about my self! I want that chiselled look! Anything it takes!
So when is it a good time to up the weight? Weekly, when you feel strong enough, not feeling your getting anything accomplished. When is "to much" weight! I'd like peeps input!
