This was taken when I started to hit the gym on a consistent basis. I want to gain more in my chest, shoulders, & arms. I also want to get my abs to stand out.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Good for them if they are using the correct form and getting something out of it. I don't.
Do you sometimes use a protein powder?

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Tricep Extensions. I have been doing at least 3 sets of 20 reps using the rope or v-bar.

Description: This is the most that I have ever been able to do 205 lbs on the bench (9 times). I took the footage on my phone and the lighting was not that great but this is the best that I have for now.
