When I Started:
How I Started:
Well, when I was in grade five (10 – 11yrs old) I was a big fan of The Diesel (Shaquille O’Neal) so I wrote a biography on Shaq. Well after doing in depth research of Shaq Daddy, I discovered that he had started lifting at a young age and that it never stunted his growth. In fact it appears that it has done the complete opposite, so I decided to start curling my Dad’s dumbbells and using his grippers. Especially since my idol at the time, Shaq had done the same thing, so it only made sense for me to follow his example. Fortunately for me working out had the same positive effect as I am 6’ 4” and weigh 220lbs now.
Why I Love It:
I use to be more religious with bodybuilding or working out I loved it, I ate, sleep and breathed it. Some may say, "I practically lived at the gym".... However, I stumbled off track for various reasons and yea... So now, I am getting back in the groove of things and trying to get my body into the peak condition that it should have been in, a long time ago. Nevertheless, why I love bodybuilding, I do not know the precise reason why. Maybe it is something about the rush of hitting the weights hard or feeling the soreness 48 hours later after a solid workout, who knows; I don’t. I was strict when I hit the gym too, I psyched myself up before I went in and I did not like to socialize, I did not like to play games. When I went in with a friend, we were to get in the gym, work hard and joke later. It was as if I was one with the gym and nothing could affect that. Anyways, if you are looking for a definitive answer, I do not have one for you, all I know is that it just feels right.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well obviously I haven't stayed motivated and I am not going to pretend that I have been as I kind of fell off the wagon. But when I get the body composition I have trained for and have stuck with it, I’ll be sure to put up my two cents on this issue.
BB Accomplishments:
None as of yet, maybe some in the future who knows....

Beefing up the abs comes with weighted resistance. Decline bench ab crunch using a weighted ball or using cables. Cable puuldown ab crunch as well. Roman chair leg lifts with a dumbell for resistance. Those are some suggestions. You pay by results....lol
