How I Started:
I always knew I wanted to workout, train, and have a good physique. I waited until I reached my max. height of 5'11 at 16, then started training hard. Fell in love w/ the sport and it provided and sense of discipline that I carried over into other aspects of my life
Why I Love It:
It provides a natural high and makes me feel great. It can be challenging and tough! It's very structured and straight forward The results and changes in my physique.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reach deep inside on days when it's tough from dieting and being tired......... Reminisce on the tough things I have had to do in life and how I accomplished them. Stay Positive and a can-do attitude Visualize my goals and how I want my physique to look Use music to keep the motivation high Rocky movies...... Thnk about tough days that I had serving in the military
