Christmas 2005 i realized that i was too skinny, 68kg(150pounds). So i started eating more often and in august 2007 i weighed in at 75kg(165pounds) and in the end of the month i started traning at the gym.
Why I Love It:
I like seeing my body change into something better, stronger and bigger.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading other peoples training diaries and dieting programs.

My results have been quite bad since last pic, i havent eaten like i should, and thus some poor results.. But i still think my lats have gotten a little bit thicker, and you can see that ive gotten a little more focus on my backside shoulders..
I reach a point in squats were my lowerback couldent keep up with my legs, kinda annoing. So when i made my new 5*5 cycle i had three options; ATG squats as i usually do, squats in the rack or just do legpresses to further develope my legs and forget my back for a month. I chose the last...

Yeh trying to cram the food in, but its a bit difficult at the mo - spending most the time in the library as the my dissertation is due in a couple of days. Looking forward to getting back on track though once its handed in

Brystet måler man under armene slik du sa, og skuldrene er rundt hele slik du sa.
Nakken måler du rett og slett bare rundt halsen på det laveste punktet.
Om du måler det i slapp eller strammet tilstand er opp til deg. Hvis du måler armene dine strammet ville jeg gjort det på resten og.
Man øker mest det første året.
Jeg veide 63kg da jeg begynte. Nå ligger jeg på ca90. På de bildene jeg har lagt ut her så veide jeg litt over 100kg, på vei opp igjen nå:-)
