my pops was a bodybuilder so he taught me to stay physicaly fit
Why I Love It:
it makes me feel healthy and gives me a sense of accomplishment
How I Stay Motivated:
Partly by just simply seeing myself make gains but I believe what motivates me the most is getting beat up in boxing and doing good in boxing. When I get beat up it lets me know that I need to get in better shape to prevent injury and when I feel myself being really sharp during boxing it really makes me feel good and keeps me hungry for more.

Goal (Long):
I really just want to lose bodyfat and put on a little more muscle. I dont want to get huge. I dont ever want to weigh more than 160lbs and never less then 140lbs. I want to do this pretty much for my Muay Thai Kickboxing, MMA and boxing. I want to be able to be fast/strong with my punches, strikes, take downs and wrestling in the ring or cage.
Dawn inspires me bcuase she doesnt seem to let anything hold her back. Even after an injury her progress in her physique still seems to only get better. I can tell she is physically and mentally strong. I dont think anything can hold her back from reaching her goals and that truely inspires me to train as hard as i can.
