People understand that you must workout hard to see improvement.  Some people do not understand that I have to work harder at eating then working out right now.  I final think I have it under control. Eating 5 huge meals a day of lean meats and fruits and of course them Carb's.  With that...

Merry Christmas! I hope you are indulging in all of the great food to. I've made a splurge week out of it instead of a spluge meal or two. Thanks for all the encourgement and I'm looking forward to seeing what we will accomplish together in 2008.

Man you've got a great lean and muscular physique. I wish I had the same problem as you do with gaining weight. Mine is the exact opposite. Train hard and eat, eat, eat. You already look incredible it will be great to see how much muscle you can add over the next three months. Good luck.
