i'm finally up to 315 on incline. i'm not doing 8 reps yet, but hopefully i'll be there next week. i'm doing 100 lb. dumbbells on incline fly, and they're heavy. they pull on my biceps a lot, especially on my left one. i have to keep my arms bent a little more than i used to, but i...
