Well my family has a history of illnesses and I want to do my best to ward them off...so I decided to get into the best shape I have ever been in and to keep it that way!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel accomplished and happy with myself...also relieves stress from work and what not.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just tell myself that I want to live a happy and long life and by lifting and exercising I will able to accomplish that!
BB Accomplishments:
Making up my mind that I want to be serious about lifting and working out.

This is me in the summer 2007...
I know I have a long way to go...but I am making steps..I just changed my diet and my workout regimen so that I can shred that stubborn fat off! I hope 2008 gives me great results!
I want to be able to look in the mirror with out hesitation and know that I am putting 100% into myself, in making my self look better and feel better!!
Well I had my PT test yesterday and with determination, prayer, hard work...I passed it with good results. So now that I am motivated and I know once again if I put my mind to something I can achieve it, I will continue to make goals for myself!!!!!
Protein, protein and more protein!!! Egg whites, chicken breast all the usual muscleman foods. Just read some of the articles out on BB.com and it will get you started right. Good luck and I'll be checkin' with you.
Keep your azz down out that way bruh. You'll be str8 tho so don't let it get you noid. Hit it hard while you're out there and when you get back you'll be a new man.
